Sample delivery time

For our samples of standard range products, we aim to dispatch your parcel within the same day. Delivery time will depend on courier or postal service.
Although the delivery of samples is usually free, we reserve the right to charge for delivery in some cases. If we believe that a delivery charge is required for your order, we will contact you first to confirm this. The sample delivery cost will be credited back, once you have placed a product order.

Please note that bespoke or large-size sample orders may take longer to prepare and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Sample stock availability

Our aim is to always keep full stocks of samples. Occasionally, some product samples may be out of stock. In this unlikely event, the sample delivery may be delayed. For urgent and important sample requests, please contact a member of our team to check the availability and delivery timing.

Finishes

For the samples of all our standard range products we mostly provide honed or polished finishes. For other bespoke finishes, please contact us directly.

Sizes

We have a range of standard sizes samples, this may vary due to stock availability and we cannot guarantee fixed sizes for any of our samples.

Patterns and Style

Natural Stones:
With the natural stone surfaces, each piece, from a small sample piece to large slabs, is unique. Due to its organic formation, please note that that patterns and colouration on samples may vary from the final full-sized slab.

Data we process

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you. We have collated these into groups as follows:

  • Your identity includes information such as first name, last name, title, date of birth, and other identifiers that you may have provided at some time.
  • Your contact information includes information such as billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone numbers and any other information you have given to us for the purpose of communication or meeting.
  • Your financial data includes information such as your bank account and payment card details.
  • Transaction data includes details about payments or communications to and from you and information about products and services you have purchased from us.
  • Technical data includes your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
  • Your profile includes information such as your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.
  • Marketing data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us; communication preferences; responses and actions in relation to your use of our services.

We may aggregate anonymous data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Anonymous data is data that does not identify you as an individual. Aggregated data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal information in law because it does not reveal your identity.
For example, we may aggregate profile data to assess interest in a product or service.

Special personal information

Special personal information is data about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. It also includes information about criminal convictions and offences.
We do not collect any special personal information about you.

If you do not provide personal information we need

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform that contract. The bases on which we process information about you

We attempt to moderate user generated content, but we are not always able to do so as soon as that content is published.

Job application and employment
